These Loaded Italian Sausages are the perfect low carb meal topped with bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese for a mouthwatering taste!
I never thought this would be the year I am using my grill so much but I’m not mad about it. I’ve made so many delicious food such as these loaded bacon burgers and also this smoked queso dip. My husband is loving his role as a taste tester trying all these new recipes out even though it may take a few tries.
With so much time at home and no place to go I’ve racked up quite a bit of time on the app TikTok. One day as I was scrolling through the app I came across this girl named Jackie where she made these loaded Italian sausage on her Blackstone grill and being that I’m following a low carb diet, I had to try it.
I don’t have a Blackstone grill, yet, but had a flat top accessory that goes on top on our grill. We made our own version of the recipe and it turned out delicious. There are a ton of varieties you can do with this recipe and make it your own. I plan on experimenting more with it and trying different combinations. I think this recipe would be great for a cookout or even a football party.
