- Round loaf bread: This is optional to serve dip in
- Cream cheese: Full fat for the best creamy texture
- Artichokes: bagged, frozen
- Spinach: bagged, frozen
- Italian cheese blend: can use any other kinds of cheese or blends

Directions

1. Add cream cheese, minced garlic, sour cream, artichokes, and spinach to the Instant Pot.

2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Place lid on and set to manual (high pressure) for 8 minutes.
4. Quick release the pressure once cooking is complete.
5. Stir until smooth and creamy.

6. Mix in the Italian blend cheese until melted and fully combined.
7. Slice the top off the round loaf of bread and carefully carve out the center to create a bread bowl.
