- 1 Round loaf bread
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 4 oz. Italian blend cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 12 oz. bag artichokes
- 12 oz. bag spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
Add cream cheese, minced garlic, sour cream, artichokes, and spinach to the Instant Pot.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Place lid on and set to manual (high pressure) for 8 minutes.
Quick release the pressure once cooking is complete.
Stir until smooth and creamy.
Mix in the Italian blend cheese until melted and fully combined.
Slice the top off the round loaf of bread and carefully carve out the center to create a bread bowl.
Spoon the warm dip into the bread bowl and serve immediately.
- If using frozen spinach and artichokes, there is no need to thaw first, the Instant Pot will take care of that.
- For extra cheesy dip, add in additional cheese like mozzarella or parmesan.
- Want a little heat? Add in diced jalapenos or red pepper flakes.
- If dip is too thick, add in a splash of milk until desired consistency is reached.
