Instant Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Round loaf bread
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 4 oz. Italian blend cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 12 oz. bag artichokes
  • 12 oz. bag spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add cream cheese, minced garlic, sour cream, artichokes, and spinach to the Instant Pot.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place lid on and set to manual (high pressure) for 8 minutes.
  • Quick release the pressure once cooking is complete.
  • Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Mix in the Italian blend cheese until melted and fully combined.
  • Slice the top off the round loaf of bread and carefully carve out the center to create a bread bowl.
  • Spoon the warm dip into the bread bowl and serve immediately.

Notes

  • If using frozen spinach and artichokes, there is no need to thaw first, the Instant Pot will take care of that.
  • For extra cheesy dip, add in additional cheese like mozzarella or parmesan.
  • Want a little heat? Add in diced jalapenos or red pepper flakes.
  • If dip is too thick, add in a splash of milk until desired consistency is reached.
