How to Make Blueberry Crumble Cake
Prep the Oven and Pan
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Prepare a 9 inch square pan by spraying it with cooking spray making sure you get all the way up the sides of the pan and set aside.
Prepare the Cake
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In a separate bowl beat sugar and butter until creamy and smooth. Add the egg and beat well. Alternate adding the flour mixture and milk gradually to the bowl of sugar mixture and beat after each addition.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan spreading into an even layer. Top the batter with frozen blueberries.
Prepare the Topping
In a bowl, combine all topping ingredients and mix until it forms a crumbs like texture. Sprinkle topping over blueberries.
