These are a no no on the ketogenic diet. Instead look for ones that are made with whole food ingredients and healthy fats rather than the ones that have preservatives and artificial sweeteners.
Yes, you can still have chocolate when following keto but make sure the dark chocolate is 80% cocoa or higher and check the carbs before consuming. Dark chocolate is higher in fat than carbs and have a great source of antioxidants. So go ahead and enjoy those sweets!
These low carbs snacks are easy to make with just one ingredient of cheese and baking it till crisp. Or you can purchase a variety of flavors from the store. But be careful of the ones from the stores as I have seen some with bad ingredients and not keto friendly. You are probably better making your own and keeping it low in carbs.
