Are you ready to elevate your brunch game to new heights?

Picture a glass filled with a tropical paradise. That’s exactly what you’ll experience when you combine the invigorating flavors of pineapple dole whip with the sparkling effervescence of a mimosa.

The result is a beverage that captures the very essence of summer, instantly transporting you to a sunny beach vacation with each delightful sip.

What’s even better about this recipe is its versatility. You can tailor it to your liking, making it as sweet and boozy as you desire by adding more pineapple juice or champagne.

Now, with summer in full swing, I couldn’t resist concocting a Pineapple Champagne Cocktail, inspired by the delightful Hawaiian Mimosa I’ve previously made. Both drinks offer a tantalizing taste of the tropics, making it difficult for me to choose a favorite. So why not try them both?

Whether you’re hosting a brunch gathering with friends or celebrating a special milestone, dole whip mimosas are a delightful addition to your drink repertoire. So let’s pop open a bottle of champagne and whip up a batch of these scrumptious dole whip mimosas. Cheers!

How to Make Dole Whip Mimosa

    1. Put the frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, and vanilla ice cream into the blender and blend until smooth.
    2. Fill half the Champagne flute with champagne. Top off with the pineapple dole whip mixture.
    3. Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and cherry.
    4. Serve and enjoy!

    Recipe Tips

    • Chill your glasses ahead of time to help keep the drink cold.
    • Make a dole whip mocktail by swapping the champagne for some sparkling juice or sparkling water. The fizz will still give you the mimosa experience but without the alcohol.
    • Add an edible flower accent such as an orchid, hibiscus or pansies to enhance the drink’s presentation.
    • Add a dollop of whipped topping for some extra sweetness.

What to Serve with Pineapple Dole Whip Mimosas

While mimosas are great for brunch, they are also great to have for any course as long as you pair them with complementary foods. Here are some suggestions of food pairings that will harmonize with the flavors of your mimosas.

    • Breakfast: Coconut pancakes topped with fresh coconut and pineapple slices with a drizzle of maple syrup with a side of tropical fruit skewers. Pineapple, mango, papaya, kiwi and melon would complement dole whip mimosas nicely with the natural sweetness and juice from the fruits.
    • Lunch: Tropical salad with mixed greens, mango, avocados, veggies and a citrusy dressings like lime vinaigrette or fruit flavored dressing. The light and fresh flavors of the salad will complement the sweetness of the mimosas.
    • Dinner: Smoked salmon with pineapple salsa or coconut shrimp with a tangy dipping sauce like sweet chili sauce or pineapple-lime aioli. Both incorporates the tropical theme while complementing the fruity and tangy flavors of the mimosas.

Where to find Dole Whip at Disney?

If you’ve never had a pineapple dole whip before, there are several places at Disney World, Disneyland, Disney resorts and Disney water parks where you can try it.
