Dole Whip Mimosas
If you love Dole Whip from Disney, you're going to love this boozy twist on the classic dessert served at Disney World in the form of Dole Whip Mimosas.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Frozen Pineapple
- ½ cups Pineapple Juice
- 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
- 4 oz. Champagne
Instructions
- Put the frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, and vanilla ice cream into the blender and blend until smooth.
- Fill half the Champagne flute with champagne. Top off with the pineapple dole whip mixture.
- Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and cherry.
- Serve and enjoy!
