Tips for Making Perfect Cupcakes
- Preheat your oven to the temperature specified in your recipe. This will ensure that your cupcakes bake evenly.
- Line your cupcake tin with liners. This will make it easier to remove the cupcakes from the tin and prevent them from sticking.
- Fill the cupcake liners about two-thirds full with batter. Be careful not to overfill them, or the cupcakes will be difficult to remove from the liner and could overflow while baking.
- Bake the cupcakes for the amount of time specified in your recipe. Start checking them for doneness a few minutes before they are supposed to be done. Cupcakes are done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with just a few crumbs attached.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting or decorating them.
