This Strawberry Banana Smoothie is creamy, naturally sweet, refreshing and filling using simple ingredients you probably already have at home.

Smoothies are one of my favorite go-to options for busy mornings or after-school snacks because they just take minutes to make.
This recipe only uses a handful of ingredients and blends up smooth and delicious every time. I usually make mine with fresh strawberries and bananas that I freeze for the best flavor, but the bagged frozen fruit works just as well too.

One of the best things about this smoothie recipe is how customizable it is. You can adjust the thickness by adding more frozen fruit, make it creamier with extra yogurt, or boost the nutrition with extras like chia seeds, flaxseed, or protein powder. Sometimes I toss in a handful of chia seeds when I want to stay fuller longer.
