These individual Veggie Cups are perfect for game days! Each one is layered with creamy ranch dip and veggies like carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers and celery.

As soon as football season begins, I start planning out what food to serve at our game day parties. Last year, I did a whole football party food bar that was a huge hit. This year I plan to do the same but incorporate some more healthy options like veggies.
These veggie cups are the perfect party appetizer since they are already portioned, easy to grab and ready to enjoy. Plus, you have just the right amount to get you started before digging into the full party spread.

You can totally customize them to suit everyone’s taste buds. Mix and match with any veggies and pair with your favorite dips such as hummus, ranch, guacamole or Greek yogurt dip.

- Ranch dressing: I used Marzetti ranch dip but you can use any of your favorite veggie dips.
- Veggies: Carrots, bell peppers, celery, cucumber or any of your favorite veggies.
- Will also need: Clear plastic cups, I used these ones but here are some others that are similar.
How to Make Individual Veggie Cups

- Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of ranch or your favorite dip to the bottom of each cup.
- Wash and cut all vegetables into sticks or bite size pieces that are easy to grab out of the cup.
- Arrange a mix of veggies upright in each cup.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until party time.

Helpful Tips and Variations
- Make ahead: Prep the veggies the night before, store in airtight containers in the fridge and assemble right before party.
- Veggie options: Snap peas, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, etc.

Ingredients
- 12 oz Marzetti Ranch Veggie Dip
- 1 Bunch Celery cut into sticks
- 1 (120z.) Bag Carrot Sticks
- 3 Bell Peppers different colors and sliced
- 3 Seedless Cucumbers peeled and cut into spears
- 12 (3oz) clear plastic cups
