- Fill each condiment cup up half way with red jello mixture.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Prepare Black Jello Layer
- Bring ½ cup of water to a boil and add the remaining jello powder and stir until dissolved.
- Pour ½ cup of vodka plus black food coloring and stir well.
- Top each of the condiment cups off with the black jello layer.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
