Having a kid’s birthday party at Chuck E Cheese will not only be fun and memorable but has it rewards for adults too. For instance, you don’t have to clean your house before guests arrive or clean up a mess afterwards. Chuck E Cheese makes having a birthday party so easy without the mess and worries. Planning a party can be simple with just a few tips.
Book Online.
This is one of the easiest ways to get the entire party reserved and set up in a matter of minutes. Visit the Chuck E Cheese website and follow the step by step instructions. You will then get a confirmation of your party.
Schedule during off times.
If you schedule during the week early in the evening or early morning on a weekend you may beat the crowds and have a better chance of guests being able to make it before they have plans.
Choose a Package.
You will find that Chuck E Cheese offers 3 birthday packages to choose from. After you book online and choose the date and time you will be able to select a package from the following listed below.
Star Birthday Package – Two hours of reserved table space, a personal host, pizza, soft drinks, choice of superhero or princess theme options, tabletop face cutout for photos, themed tablecloth and plateware, email invitations, downloadable activity sheets for the party, and a Ticket Blaster experience for the birthday star with a Magic Ticket worth 1,000 tickets – plus $10 in tokens per child!
Super Star Package – An additional 1,000-ticket voucher for the Birthday Star, a Crazy Straw Collectible cup per child, and a special superhero or princess armband for the Birthday Star with $15 in tokens per child.
Mega Super Star Package – A Chuck E. Cheese’s Goody Bag per child, a Pull String Pinata with 40 tokens and 400 tickets, chocolate or vanilla ice cream per child, and $20 in tokens per child.
Create a guest list.
Using a notebook or the computer create a list of guests ahead of time so you can get an idea of how many you need to reserve for.
Send out invitations.
You can email or print out free invitations on ChuckECheese.com and choose from a variety of styles.
Get a cake.
I highly suggest ordering a cake at Chuck E. Cheese. Not only are they delicious but so much simpler to have the cake already at the location so you don’t have to worry about baking one or picking it up, The employees will even sing to the kids and light the candles on the cake.
Have a Game Plan.
If you are only going to be at the location for a few hours be sure to plan out the party so there is plenty of time to get everything in such as the ticket blaster, playing games, redeeming tickets, etc. This will help make your party go much smoother.
Have Enough Tokens.
Figure out ahead of time how many tokens you will receive with the party package and how many you need to purchase so each guest has enough and an even amount. You will get some tokens from booking a party but you can also get more tokens from the Rewards Calendar. Just print and mark of the days when the chore is completed. Once it is filled out bring the completed calendar to Chuck E Cheese for 10 free tokens. Kids can also play games thru the Chuck E Cheese website to earn free tickets to cash in for prizes.
Now you can sit back and relax while your kids have fun!
