Santa Cupcakes
Kids love holiday-themed food and with these easy Santa Cupcakes they will have a blast making them too. The marshmallow beard makes the cupcake more enjoyable to eat and look at. 🙂 If you love marshmallows be sure to try my Marshmallow Frosty Hats Recipe.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 box Cake Mix
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup softened Butter
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 48 Mini Chocolate Chips
- 10 oz Mini Marshmallows
- 24 Red Candy Decorations (like Red Hots)
- Red Sparkling Sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Line muffin pan with paper liners.
- Mix and bake cupcakes according to box directions.
- Transfer to wire racks to cool.
- Cream butter in a medium bowl.
- Slowly add in the powdered sugar, and milk as needed, until everything is incorporated and frosting is right consistency.
- Transfer to piping bag or zippered bag and clip corner to pipe.
- Ice each cupcake.
- Sprinkle red sparkling sugar across the upper third of the top to make a hat.
- Cut each mini marshmallow in half.
- Place mini marshmallows to put a ball on the hat, make a fur band and make Santa’s beard.
- Place the Red Hot for the nose and two mini chocolate chips for the eyes.
