This Santa Charcuterie Board made with pepperoni slices and cheeses is perfect for snacking and a great addition for any Christmas party.

One of the easiest Christmas appetizers to make is this Santa charcuterie board. He looks almost too cute to eat, but he also makes a fun, festive centerpiece for a Christmas gathering. And it comes together in minutes so you can prepare it right before the guests arrive.
This charcuterie board is fully customizable from the crackers, meats and cheeses. You can easily switch it up based on what you and your guests love.

I like to keep mine simple with classic meats and cheeses but you can also get creative such as brie for the face, mozzarella pearls for the beard and hat or fresh fruit for a pop of color.
