    Rocky Road Candy is an easy and delicious candy you can make in ten minutes with only four ingredients and no baking required!

    From rocky road ice cream, fudge, popcorn and these rocky road candy clusters they are all sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

    These clusters are made with the same delicious ingredients as the traditional Rocky Road candy, but are formed into bite-sized pieces that are perfect for snacking.

    • Marshmallows – Mini sized marshmallows work best in this recipe.
    • Peanuts – Dry roasted salted peanuts are what I used but you can use any kind of nuts you’d like.
    • Vegetable oil – This helps keep the chocolate smooth and prevent from clumping while melting.

    • Try different kinds of chocolate for different flavors such as butterscotch, white chocolate or dark chocolate. Or use a combination of chocolates.
    • Swap out peanuts for other kinds of nuts such as walnuts, pecans or cashews.
    • Add some mix ins such as pretzels or candy pieces.
    • Dress them up with your favorite sprinkles for any kind of occasion.
    • Make it colorful using different colored marshmallows.
    • Add more salty flavor by sprinkling some sea salt over top the clusters.

    1. Line an 8X8 inch baking dish with wax paper.
    2. Add chocolate and oil to a pan and melt over medium heat stirring constantly until smooth.
    3. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows and nuts to pan and stir.
    4. Scoop mixture onto prepared baking dish and chill for 2 hours in fridge.
    5. Cut into squares and enjoy!

    How to Store Rocky Road Candy

    Place remaining leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days. To store longer, place in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
