Rocky Road Candy
Rocky Road Candy is an easy and delicious candy you can make in ten minutes with only four ingredients and no baking required!
Ingredients
- 1 12oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ bag mini marshmallows
- ⅓ cup dry roasted peanuts
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Line an 8X8 inch baking dish with wax paper.
- Add chocolate and oil to a pan and melt over medium heat stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat. Add marshmallows and nuts to pan and stir.
- Scoop mixture onto prepared baking dish and chill for 2 hours in fridge.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
How to Store Rocky Road Candy
Place remaining leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days. To store longer, place in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
