    • Pepperoni: You can use regular size or mini size pepperoni.
    • Pizza sauce: You can also use marinara sauce or make your own homemade pizza sauce.
    • Mozzarella cheese: Sliced mozzarella cheese is what I used. You can also use shredded mozzarella cheese if you’d like.
    • Hawaiian sweet rolls: The sweetness of the rolls makes this taste so much better but you can also use plain dinner rolls.
    • Butter: Unsalted or salted and melted.
    • Garlic: Minced.
    • Oregano: Dried or fresh diced oregano.
    • Parmesan cheese: Shredded Parmesan cheese for the tops of buns.

layered Hawaiian rolls with pepperoni cheese and pizza sauce

Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise. Spread pizza sauce evenly on the bottom rolls. Add sliced mozzarella cheese on top, then pepperoni.

melted garlic butter on top of rolls

Place the top half of the rolls on top. In a bowl, add melted butter and garlic. Brush the top of the rolls with garlic butter.

parmesan cheese and oregano on top of sliders

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and dried oregano on top.

Cover and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
