    Melting Snowman Cookies

    Not only are these candy-coated cookies delicious, they are also fun to make. There is no rolling-pin required for these Melting Snowman Cookies since you will be using a cookie mix.     INGREDIENTS

    • 1 bag Cookie Mix (and associated ingredients)
    • 12 Reese’s Peanut Butter Bells
    • 12 oz White Candy Melting Chips
    • 48 Mini Chocolate Chips
    • 2 Orange Starbursts

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Bake cookie according to package directions.
    2. Allow to cool.
    3. Cut Starburst into 3 rectangular strips (¼″ x ¾″) Cut each of those in half, creating 6 – ¼″ x ⅜″ rectangles.
    4. Now cut each of those diagonally creating 12 triangles for noses.
    5. Repeat with other Starburst.
    6. Cut each bell in half.
    7. Heat White Candy Chips by microwaving for 30 seconds stirring and repeating until melted.
    8. Use a spoon to drizzle white chocolate over cookie.
    9. Place a bell, cut side down to represent the hat.
    10. Place 2 chocolate chips below hat to represent eyes.
    11. Place nose under eyes.
    12. Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.
