Halloween food is one of my specialties whether it’s gross, spooky or kid-friendly, I’ve made it all. At every party there needs to be one “star” recipe. Sometimes it’s a spooky charcuterie board to kick things off, but this time it’s these no bake Oreo Slasher Cookies.
When you’re throwing the ultimate Halloween or Summerween Slasher get together, these cookies are the killer dessert your guests won’t forget.

If you like these Halloween cookies, you might also enjoy my Freddy Krueger cocktail or Scream Jello shots from other slasher movies!

Ingredients
- Oreos: I like to use Halloween Oreos but regular size, Double Stuf or Mega Stuf will also work.
- Candy Melts: Black and green
- Sprinkles: I used PME Cake Street Sprinkles Neon Rave from Michael’s
- Will also need: Serial killer candy mold, microwave safe bowl, spoon and parchment paper
How to Make Slasher Oreos
Place green candy melts in a bowl and microwave on 50% power (defrost mode) for 2 minutes. Stir well, then continue heating in 1-mintue intervals on defrost mode, stirring in between, until fully melted.

Fill the serial killer candy mold with the melted green candy melts and place in freezer until set.
Next, melt the black candy melts the same way starting with 2 minutes on 50% power, then 1-minute intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
Lay out a piece of parchment paper on the counter.

Dip each Oreo into the black candy melts, letting the excess drip off before placing on the parchment paper.

Quickly add a green head onto each dipped Oreo while coating is still wet, then finish with sprinkles. Allow cookies to dry before serving.
Helpful Tips and Variations
- Always stir candy melts between intervals to avoid burning.
- Change up the colors to match the theme of your party. Reds would be spooky fun.
- Can use Golden Oreos or Gluten Free Oreos in place of regular Oreos.
- Use white chocolate candy melts in place of chocolate candy melts.
- Need to serve a crowd? Double or triple the recipe.
