Best Games to Play on New Year's Eve

I love staying in and playing games on New Year’s Eve with family and friends. This year we are doing the same. I’ve tested each of these games out and found them to be the best to play on New Year’s Eve before the countdown begins.

Best Games to Play on New Year’s Eve

Relative Insanity

This game is number one on my list and by far the best game to play. It’s made by comedian Jeff Foxworthy and I guarantee you will laugh the entire time. You can play 4 to 12 players and is for ages 14+. The concept of the game is to read a setup card aloud, then everyone else chooses a punch line card to finish the phrase, and then the reader picks the funniest one.

Table Top Shuffleboard

This realistic, high quality, wooden tabletop version of the classic shuffleboard game is perfect for any night among friends! The 2-piece sturdy wooden game board measures more than 5 feet long and has adjustable legs to ensure perfect balance.

Sculptapalooza

This hilarious new adult party game from Educational Insights gets teams thinking fast as they speed sculpt their way through challenges for laugh-out-loud fun! Two teams take turns drawing cards and using squishy, squashy Playfoam® to sculpt what they see. But hold on tight! You might have to sculpt with your eyes closed, use your sculpture as a charades prop, or tag team with another player.

Connect 4 Shots Game

Bounce ‘em in for the win! In the CONNECT 4 SHOTS Game, players will compete in a rapid-fire race to get 4 shots in a row. A fast-paced twist on the classic CONNECT 4 game, players must simultaneously bounce the lightweight, colorful balls off the table and into the grid. Whoever gets 4 in a row of their color, wins! When the game is over, fold the grid into a handy storage case and get ready for the next competition.

Tic Tac Tongue

Are you ready for a battle between lizards? Introducing Tic Tac Tongue from YULU! Be quick to lick! Put on the lizard mask and get ready for a game of skill and speed. One player flips over a number card. The other two players face off to knock down the correct insect card. The lizard that knocks down the most insects the fastest wins! Check it out here. Each Tic Tac Tongue game comes with 4 lizard masks with washable mouthpieces and tongues, 10 target cards, 10 game cards, and game rules.

Pacemaker Extreme

Get ready to race the pace or face the shock with Pacemaker Extreme, new from YULU! In this adult party game, players try to outwit their opponents by thinking quick and keeping the pace. Players need to pay close attention to how many times the other players are tapping their paddles since that will set the pace of the pulse. Tap your paddle once and the pulse moves to the next player, tap twice to reverse the pulse and tap 3 times to skip the next player! Be careful – if you tap when it’s not your turn, you get shocked and you’re out! For ages 14+.

Clue Suspect Card Game

Use your hand of cards to determine the suspect, weapon and location of the crime. Was it Colonel Mustard in the Dining Room with the Knife? A true Clue experience is “in the cards!”

Watch Ya’ Mouth

Try saying a phrase with a mouthpiece in is not as easy as you think it is. And trying to get your friends to guess what you’re saying is even harder. This is a game of fun while looking silly. There are several versions of this game for family and adults. 3-10 Players wear cheek retractors and speak out phrases while teammates guess what they are saying.
