What better way to celebrate than with beach themed jello shots? Not only are these jello shots adorable, they’re also deliciously refreshing! Try this recipe at your next beach party or backyard barbecue to kick off the summer season right!

Recipe Tips & Variations
- Make them sour – swap out coconut flavored vodka for sour vodka and use sour gummies.
- Change the alcohol – These can be made with any color combination of Jello/vodka and flavored gelatin/Jello shots. You could also use different types of alcohol such as rum or gin.
- Change the flavor – Experiment with different flavors of Jell-O to match your flavor preference. Key lime pie, watermelon or mango would be nice additions to a strawberry daiquiri-inspired cocktail, for example.
- Make more for a crowd – If you are serving more, you can double or triple this recipe.
- Make them stronger – If you want them stronger add a bit more alcohol to the mix.

How to Store Jello Shots
Jello shots are best when served chilled and consumed within a few hours of being made. If you want to save your yummy homemade shooters for later, store them in a container with a lid in the fridge for up to 7 days. Never freeze as they do not freeze well.

1 3oz. box Blue Raspberry Jello
1 cup Ciroc Coconut vodka
1 ½ cups boiling hot water
½ cup cold water

Gummy Bears
How to Make Beach Party Jello Shots
Lay a tray out and place 12 (2 oz sized) Jello shot cups setting the lids aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, add 1 ½ cups water and microwave till boiling. Add package of gelatin in boiling hot water and stir until fully dissolved.
Add vodka and cold water to dissolved gelatin bowl and mix until combined. Divide the mixture evenly into each cup. Put lids on each cup and place tray of jello shots in fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight.
Garnish with a candy sour belt as a raft and place gummy bear on top. Store remaining leftovers in the fridge.
