These Pineapple Mango Jello Shots are tasty and a cocktail staple for any party, lounging at the lake or a girls night out!
Jello Shots or shooters have been around for years and an ultimate party favorite. While you can make them the traditional way of mixing Jello powder with boiling water till it dissolves and then add cold water and vodka and chill until set or you can change it up. And by changing it up I mean adding new flavors, such as different Jello and vodka flavors or adding fruit.
I mean the possibilities are literally endless when it comes to making these adult jiggly shooters because you can mix and match flavors of all different kinds. Then, you can get your friends to test them out. Also, playing around with colors can be fun as well. However you make them, they will definitely be a crowd pleaser for any gathering.
Ingredients
3oz box Pineapple Jello
1 cup water
1 cup Pineapple Mango Vodka
Pineapple slices, halved
Plastic portion cups with lids
How to Make Pineapple Mango Jello Shots
Boil 1 cup of water in a pan on the stovetop. Once the water is boiling, pour in peach jello and mix well until the powder is dissolved.
Pour in 1 cup pineapple mango vodka and mix well. Pour into each plastic portion cup making sure they are they are evenly portioned. Place lids on top of each portion cup and place in refrigerator for about 2 hours or until firm.
When ready to serve, cut pineapple slices in half and garnish each jello shot with a half slice of pineapple. Can also add a cute pineapple paper straw to each cup for show. Consume within 30 minutes and store remaining leftovers in the fridge.
