    These Bailey’s Pumpkin Dessert Cups are a perfect Fall dessert! They are made with Bailey’s Irish Cream and pumpkin puree for a delicious sweet treat in a cup!

    As the leaves start to change color and the weather gets cooler, thoughts turn to pumpkin spice lattes, cozy fires, and Halloween fun. One of my favorite fall traditions is making anything with pumpkin like these Bailey’s Pumpkin Dessert Cups! They’re easy to make, and always a hit with family and friends.

    What is Bailey’s Irish Cream?

    Bailey’s Irish Cream is a cream liqueur made with Irish whiskey, cream and cocoa. It’s great to enjoy over ice, in coffee, cocktails or as an ingredient in your favorite recipes.

    What You Will Need

    • Canned pumpkin – use 100% pure pumpkin
    • Cream cheese – softened
    • Powdered sugar
    • Bailey’s Irish Cream – can be left out for an alcohol-free version
    • Vanilla
    • Whipped cream- for topping
    • Cinnamon – for topping

    How to Make Bailey’s Pumpkin Dessert Cups

    In a bowl, mix together with a hand mixer cream cheese, vanilla, Bailey’s Irish Cream, and powdered sugar.

    Fill cups about ¾ full with mixture. Top with canned pumpkin, whipped cream and a cinnamon.

    Serve chilled!

    Recipe Tips & Variations

    • Could also use any other brand of cream liqueur such as Godiva, Kailua or any other flavor of Bailey’s.
    • Not a fan of alcohol or want to make them kid friendly? No problem! Just remove Bailey’s from the recipe altogether.
    • Use Cool Whip or fresh whipped topping.
    • This recipe make 4 (5.5 oz) dessert cups but could be portioned into smaller cups to serve more.

    Can I Make These Ahead of Time?

    Yes, you could make them up a day in advance and keep chilled in the fridge. I would suggest leaving the topping off until ready to serve.

    Can I Make These Without Bailey’s Irish Cream?

    Yes, you can make these without alcohol so kids and adults can enjoy them.

    • 4 oz. cream cheese softened
    • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
    • 1 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream can be left out for alcohol-free version
