Keto Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites

These Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites are great for an appetizer to take to a party. You can make them up in no time so if you’re short on time these are good to make.

To keep them keto friendly, I seasoned the chicken with spices and use Sir Kensington’s ranch dressing. Or if you want to make it spicy you can add a bit of hot sauce to the bites or use the Sir Kensington’s buffalo ranch dressing. The spices that I used add flavor but you could also leave the spices off of the chicken. However, you decide to make them they will be the hit of the party.

Keto Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites

1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/3 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp ginger
Sir Kensington’s Ranch dressing for dipping sauce (optional)

Directions

Add all 11 spices (paprika, garlic salt, dried basil, thyme, celery salt, oregano, dry mustard, salt, black pepper, white pepper, and ginger) to a bowl and mix together. In a separate bowl add 1 cup of olive oil.

Dip the cut up chicken into the bowl of olive oil and set aside on a plate. Lightly sprinkle the seasoning over the chicken to your liking.

Using the half pieces of bacon wrapped each piece of chicken and hold it in place with a toothpick. Place the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer.

Place the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer. Set air fryer temperature to 400 degrees for 18 minutes turning halfway at 9 minutes until chicken is cooked.

Serve immediately with dipping sauce (either Sir Kensington’s or dipping sauce of your choice).
