With only three ingredients these peanut butter cookies are the easiest cookie recipe to make that are delicious. Since this recipe is so popular I decided to make two cookies: a keto friendly and non keto one. Below are the 2 different recipes for keto and non keto peanut butter cookies. Follow the same instructions for both cookie recipes.

Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 large egg

Ingredients for Keto Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup peanut butter (I like to use JM Smuckers All Natural Peanut Butter)
½ cup Lakanto Monkfruit Classic Sweetener or your choice of granulated sweetener
1 large egg
How to Make 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Apply a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix together until dough forms.
Roll the dough into small balls and place on the parchment paper a couple inches apart.
Press each ball down with the back of a spoon and then use a fork to make a criss cross pattern on top of each one.
Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes or until golden around the edges. Remove from oven and let cool completely before eating.
Store peanut butter cookies in an air tight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks, fridge for up to 1 month or freezer for up to 6 months. Allow to thaw before eating.
