What is the Viral TikTok Butter Board?

The viral TikTok Butter Board is a creative way to serve butter at a dinner party. The board is made by spreading a layer of softened butter on a cutting board or plate, then topping it with an array of toppings like herbs, spices, and spreads.

    • Whipped honey cinnamon butter: whisk together softened butter, honey, and cinnamon until light and fluffy.
    • Brown sugar bourbon bacon butter: cook bacon until crisp, then crumble. Mix with softened butter and brown sugar until combined. Stir in bourbon to taste (start with 1 tablespoon).

Step Two: Spread the butter. Once the butter is softened spread a layer on the board.

Step Three: Add the roasted garlic. Once the garlic is roasted, let it cool for a few minutes before handling. Squeeze the cloves out of their skins and spread onto the board.

Step Four: Season. Sprinkle the seasonings evenly over top the butter.

Step Five: Add the toppings. Add parmesan cheese, drizzle with honey, add zest of a lemon and top with green onions.
