- 1 head of garlic roasted
- 2 sticks of butter soften at room temperature
- Drizzle of honey
- Sliced green onions
- Parmesan cheese shredded or fresh grated.
- Zest of a lemon
- ¼ tsp Sea salt
- ¼ tsp Thyme

Step One: Roast the garlic. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut the top off of the head of garlic, so that the cloves are exposed. Place the garlic on a piece of foil, and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap the foil around the garlic, and roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
Step Two: Spread the butter. Once the butter is softened spread a layer on the board.
Step Three: Add the roasted garlic. Once the garlic is roasted, let it cool for a few minutes before handling. Squeeze the cloves out of their skins and spread onto the board.
Step Four: Season. Sprinkle the seasonings evenly over top the butter.
Step Five: Add the toppings. Add parmesan cheese, drizzle with honey, add zest of a lemon and top with green onions.
Step Six: Prepare bread. Slice bread and set it out around the board. Invite your guests to help themselves to the Butter Board Appetizer. Enjoy!
