I’m always looking for new spooky party food to make each year. These chocolate covered one-eyed, one-horned, flyin’ purple people eater pretzels are going to be a huge hit at our next Halloween party. I love how the purple color pops and will look appealing on the treat table. This would also be a fun activity for the kids to decorate and enjoy when finished.

What is a Purple People Eater?
“The Purple People Eater” started from a song as a joke and described as a “one-eyed, one-horned, flying, purple people eater”. The song became so popular that they made a movie from it and even called the the defensive line of the Minnesota Vikings Purple People Eaters at one time. Now the one eyed monster lives on through delicious Halloween treats for all to enjoy!
