Carving pumpkins isn’t complete without saving the seeds. While separating pumpkin seeds from pulp can be messy and tedious, the results are so worth it.

I love making several batches during the season to have on hand for snacking. Sometimes I keep them simple with just salt but you can easily change up the flavors to sweet, spicy or savory with different seasonings.

Haha, this is the best guide for pumpkin seed enlightenment yet! Who knew drying those seeds for a whole day was the secret handshake? And air frying at 360 degrees F sounds like Im trying to cook a tiny, edible rocket ship. But the real genius? The everything-but-the-bagel seasoning suggestion. Talk about going all out! Now, if only the article explained how to stop my dog from inhaling them whole like theyre magic confetti. Great job, Alison!act 2 ai video
