Easy Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients

  • Fresh pumpkin seeds from one pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp Melted butter or olive oil
  • Salt or your favorite seasoning

Instructions

  • Use a scooper or spoon to get the seeds out and remove strings. Rinse under cool water until they float and cleaned.
  • Drain water and pat dry with a paper towel. Leave out for 24 hours to fully dry.
  • Toss seeds with olive oil or melted butter and salt (of your favorite seasonings).
  • Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 12 to 20 minutes (or until lightly browned).
  • Before eating, let the pumpkins seeds fully cool down.
