Ingredients
Fresh pumpkin seeds
from one pumpkin

tbsp
Melted butter or olive oil
Salt
or your favorite seasoning
Instructions
Use a scooper or spoon to get the seeds out and remove strings. Rinse under cool water until they float and cleaned.
Drain water and pat dry with a paper towel. Leave out for 24 hours to fully dry.
Toss seeds with olive oil or melted butter and salt (of your favorite seasonings).
Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 12 to 20 minutes (or until lightly browned).
Before eating, let the pumpkins seeds fully cool down.
