This weather has got us feeling blue from the constant up and down temperatures and snow coming and going. I can promise you that spring is around the corner and that means it’s time to enjoy the outdoors with the family. In the meantime, try something fun indoors until spring gets here such as this Goldfish® crackers printable football game. This is a great way to get the family together and play against each other.

It’s Game Time!

Goldfish® Crackers Printable Football Game

Supplies Needed

• Printable football game
• 6 Bendable straws
• Scissors
• Hot glue gun
• Glue sticks
• White cardstock
• Hole Punch
• Goldfish® crackers Cheddar and Colors varieties

Directions

Print out the 2 pages of the printable football game.
Line up and tape the pieces together.
Create a goal post out of straws.

Cut two bendable straws to make a crossbar and insert one end into the other.

Use a hole punch and make a hole in the center of the crossbar and 2 straws put together.

Cut the bendy part off another straw and fit it inside the punched hole.
Use the hot glue gun to add a dab of glue in the hold to hold in place.
Add a dab of glue in the middle of the goldfish shapes on the printable and stick your goal post in the center of the drop and hold until dry.
Line up your Goldfish® crackers and get ready to play.

Rules of the Game

Touchdown Zone = 6 points
Field Goal = 1 point  

• Toss a coin to see who goes first.
• Hold the Goldfish cracker in between your forefinger and table and flick the cracker down the field.
• If you make a touchdown, you get another turn to try for the field goal. If you get it in between the goal posts you get an extra point.
• Whoever gets to 35 points is the winner.

When you finish playing the game, everyone can enjoy the delicious taste of Goldfish crackers baked with real cheese and in a variety of flavors such as Cheddar, Xtra Cheddar, Whole Grain, Colors and Mix.
