How to Make Garlic Butter Shrimp with Asparagus

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter and olive oil over medium heat.

Add asparagus, season with salt and pepper and saute for about 5 minutes or until tender. Remove from pan and set aside.

Using the same pan, melt the remaining butter. Add garlic and shrimp. Season with, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until pink.

Add asparagus back to the pan to reheat for 1-2 minutes. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the dish and garnish with chopped parsley.

Serve immediately. Enjoy!
