Sip on the ultimate summer drink, a Frozen Bahama Mama with the perfect blend of fruity flavors and rum that will tantalize your taste buds.

If you’re a fan of frozen cocktails, then you know that a frozen Bahama Mama will transport you to a tropical paradise with just one sip. And what better way to beat the heat during the summer than with a refreshing and frozen cocktail?
Red Lobster’s slushy frozen cocktails may look tempting, but making your own is not only satisfying, but also safer when enjoyed in the comfort of your own backyard, perhaps poolside.
Luckily, creating a delicious Bahama Mama is easier than you may think, and by skipping the unhealthy ingredients found in store-bought mixes, you can make a much healthier and tastier version.
So whether you’re unwinding after a long day or just lounging by the pool, a Bahama Mama is the perfect drink to make any hour feel like happy hour.

The Bahama Mama is a delicious rum-based drink with tropical flavors that makes for an ideal refreshment during the summer season! It is believed to be originated in the Bahamas or the Caribbean region in the 1950’s and is now a popular drink amongst resorts and tropical destinations.
