Ambrosia Fruit Salad Ingredients
- Whipped topping: I used cool whip for this recipe but you could also make your own homemade whipped topping.
- Sour cream: Can also use Greek yogurt instead.
- Pineapple chunks: Drained, and halved.
- Mandarin oranges: Drained.
- Mini marshmallows: The fruity pastel mini marshmallows give it some nice color and more fruit flavor. You can substitute for plain white mini marshmallows also.
- Sweetened coconut flakes: Adds more sweetness but can omit is you’re not a fan of coconut.
