Chicken Pasta Ingredients
3 large boneless chicken breasts (about 1.5 – 2 lbs)
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup Italian dressing
12 ounces cream cheese (1 ½ blocks)
½ cup parmesan cheese
16 ounces penne pasta
How to Make Olive Garden Chicken Pasta
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker. Season chicken with pepper.
Pour Italian dressing over top of chicken. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top of chicken. Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low 6-8 hours.
When the chicken is about done in the slow cooker, prepare the pasta according to box directions. Drain and set aside.
Shred the chicken evenly using 2 forks or meat claws. Add in the cooked pasta and stir together. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired. Serve and enjoy!
Storing and Reheating
- To Store: Allow the food to cool completely and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Reheating: To reheat, place pasta on a microwave safe dish and microwave for 1-2 minutes or until heated all the way through.
