    Slow Cooker Olive Garden Chicken Pasta

    Slow Cooker Olive Garden Chicken Pasta

    This dish has everything that is great about the restaurant: rich flavors and a creamy sauce that will make your mouth water. It’s also easy enough to put together on a busy weeknight, or any other day when you don’t feel like cooking.

    Slow cooker recipes are a great way to get dinner on the table without spending hours in the kitchen. Using a slow cooker allows you to pop everything into the pot, and let it go. Dinner’s ready when you are, which makes this one of our favorite Slow Cooker Olive Garden Chicken Pasta recipes.

    How to Make Slow Cooker Olive Garden Chicken Pasta

    This recipe makes enough for six people, perfect for feeding your family or if you’re freezing leftovers for another night. Delicious, hearty and easy to clean up! Need we say more? Get your slow cooker out and enjoy this delicious Olive Garden Copycat Recipe.

    Chicken Pasta Ingredients

    3 large boneless chicken breasts (about 1.5 – 2 lbs)
    ½ teaspoon black pepper
    1 cup Italian dressing
    12 ounces cream cheese (1 ½ blocks)
    ½ cup parmesan cheese
    16 ounces penne pasta

    How to Make Olive Garden Chicken Pasta

    Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker. Season chicken with pepper.

    Pour Italian dressing over top of chicken. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top of chicken. Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.

    Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low 6-8 hours.

    When the chicken is about done in the slow cooker, prepare the pasta according to box directions. Drain and set aside.

    Shred the chicken evenly using 2 forks or meat claws. Add in the cooked pasta and stir together. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired. Serve and enjoy!

    Storing and Reheating

    • To Store: Allow the food to cool completely and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
    • Reheating: To reheat, place pasta on a microwave safe dish and microwave for 1-2 minutes or until heated all the way through.
