Sheet Pan Smoked Sausage and Veggies

Updated August 16, 2020

Dinner just got easier with this recipe for sheet pan smoked sausage and veggies. It’s great for busy nights or when you want to use up the veggies before the expire. Dinner is on the table in about 25 minutes and cleanup is easy. A little kitchen hack that I like to use is lining the sheet pan with foil and then rolling it up and throwing it away at the end leaving one less pan to clean.

Sheet Pan Smoked Sausage and Veggies

Ingredients

  • 16 oz package of beef smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 C. cauliflower florets
  • 1 C. broccoli florets
  • 1-2 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Place the sausage and veggies in a large bowl.

Season with onion powder, garlic powder and salt & pepper.

Stir and toss to combine the ingredients.

Spread the mixture out onto a large baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the sausage & veggies halfway through.

Serve alone or with a side salad.

You can use just about any veggies you wish this recipe, it’s a great way to use up extra veggies you may have sitting in the fridge. And if you want to change it up next time, try a different seasoning or sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on it for the last few minutes. There is so many different ways you can make it that you’ll never get bored of it.
