This Pumpkin Veggie Tray is an easy appetizer for your Halloween party. Just 4 ingredients and a tray is all you need for this fun centerpiece.

Halloween is one of my favorite times of year where I can dress up and create fun dishes in the kitchen. This Halloween appetizer is quick to throw together right before the party or before the kids go trick or treating.
You can customize it with different veggies such as black olives for eyes, bell pepper for the nose and broccoli for the mouth or swap whatever veggies you have on hand.
