If you are looking for some Back to School Lunch Ideas, try making this easy Pizza Bento Lunchbox recipe. Making these are cost-effective and much healthier than the store brands. Plus, your kids will enjoy the homemade goodness! You can make the pizza dough ahead of time and freeze it so you can just grab them in the morning and add it to the lunch box. And the night before you can separate out your sauce, pepperoni, and cheese into separate containers. Then, in the morning the lunch is ready to go. Enjoy!

Pizza Bento Lunch
Ingredients
- 1 oz Mini Pepperoni
- 1 package Pillsbury Pizza Crust Dough
- ¼ cup Shredded Pizza Cheese
- ⅛ cup Pizza Sauce
- 1 Lowfat Chocolate Milk Carton
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 400.
- Sprat cooke sheet with non stick spray
- Spread out pizza dough and using a 3" cookie cutter, biscuit cutter or drinking glass cut into rounds.
- You can optionally sprinkle rounds with garlic powder, oregano and basil.
- Place rounds on prepared sheet and bake for 8 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
- Place each ingredient into cups and place in Bento Box.
