Peanut Butter Pancake Sandwich
Kids love pancakes, so creating a sandwich with a pancake fun for lunches. I chose peanut butter since my kids love it so much but you can change it up and add jelly too. Kids will even eat them cold so there is no need to have it heated up. My kids ate these up and loved that they were different from the average peanut butter sandwich. If you are making the pancakes from a mix, you can add food coloring to them for some fun colors. Check out my Rainbow Pancakes Recipe for an idea!
