Peanut Butter Banana Roll-Up

This recipe for Peanut Butter Banana Roll-Ups is great for an after school snack for the kiddos. It filled with some healthy choices and the kids will love them. The blend of the peanut butter, banana, and granola tastes great together and is filling. These can even be made within a few minutes and you can have them ready for when they get off the bus. Peanut Butter Banana Roll-up

Peanut Butter Banana Roll-up

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 cup Granola
  • 2 Multigrain Tortillas

Instructions

  • Spread each tortilla with peanut butter.
  • Drizzle honey over peanut butter.
  • Sprinkle granola evenly over peanut butter and honey.
  • Place a banana in middle of each and fold up like a burrito.

      I made these just today, but instead of bananas I used a ton off Grape Jelly instead! I thought it tasted just like an Uncrustable πŸ™‚ I’ll be trying them with bananas soon! Thanks for sharing!
