
The fun-loving pug brothers and pals, Bingo and Rolly are back with some action-packed stories in the new Disney’s Junior Puppy Dog Pals DVD now available in stores and online. We’re over here celebrating with some Dog bone cupcakes for kids and viewing party. We found these super easy to make with a basic cupcake topped with a chocolate covered graham cracker shaped like a dog bone. Remember these are kid-friendly NOT dog-friendly! Enjoy!
Dog Bone Cupcakes for Kids
Ingredients
- 1 box Chocolate Cake Mix
- Vegetable Oil (add the correct amount listed on the cake box)
- Eggs (add the correct amount listed on the cake box)
- Water (add the correct amount listed on the cake box)
- Chocolate Melts
- Scooby Snack Cookies
- Vanilla Frosting
Directions
- Bake cupcakes according to box directions. Allow to cool.
- Put chocolate melts in a bowl and microwave on high in 30-second increments.
- Stir the melted chocolate until it is a creamy texture.
- Lay a piece of wax paper on a cookie sheet.
- Dip the scooby snack cookies in the melted chocolate with tongs making sure it’s covered but not too heavy and place on the wax paper.
- Place the cookie sheet in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
- Frost the cupcakes with the vanilla frosting.
- Take the cookie sheet out of the freezer and remove the scooby snack cookies from the wax paper trimming off the excess chocolate.
- Place the chocolate covered cookies on top of each cupcake.
- Enjoy!
