This past weekend has been a whirlwind of events in Anaheim, CA. One of those events consisted of the Cars 3 Red Carpet Premiere that happened on Saturday. I have been to several red carpet events but this one was a bit different from the others. This one was inside at the Anaheim convention center and had the after party in Radiator Springs in Disneyland. This is one red carpet I will not forget as it was filled with fun photo ops, rides, music, food, celebrities and more. Let’s take a race thru memory lane of the red carpet experience thru my photos.
The red carpet started inside and while you walked it you could spot out jugglers, people walking on stilts, balancing on balls and balloon costumes. My favorite was this lady balancing on a ball. She also had a squeaker in her mouth so every time she talked she would squeak.
There were plenty of celebrities to spot on the red carpet and at the after party in Radiator Springs from the cast to others you would recognize. Above is a collage of a few celebrity spottings I captured.
One of the perks of the after party was that Radiator Springs was closed off and available for those only attending the party. That means that the wait time for rides were minimal. The Radiator Springs Racers ride is one of my favorites and that was the first thing we rode when we arrived at the party.
Among the rides being one of my favorites the photos ops were also my favorite. I highly recommend getting a photo pass when visiting the parks because the pictures are such a great memory to take home with. There were plenty of photo ops to take advantage of on the red carpet and at the after party so I took advantage of every opportunity I could. Check out the photos below!
I still can’t get over how much fun I had with all of my friends and all the memories we created that will last forever. I can’t wait to add these photos to my scrapbook to look back on. While I was there I also got to see Cars 3 on the big screen and will be sharing with all of you my review on it soon so be on the lookout for it.
