Strawberries and Cream Martini
Strawberries and Cream Martini is a creamy, delicious cocktail perfect for a romantic evening or a girls' night in.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Bailey's Strawberries and Cream Liqueur
- ½ oz. Whipped Vodka
- ½ oz. Heavy Cream
- ½ Strawberry Simple Syrup
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Start by washing and removing the stems from the strawberries. Cut into hearts if desired and set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine vodka, Bailey's Strawberries and Cream liqueur and strawberry simple syrup.
- Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until combined and chilled.
- Strain the mixture into chilled martini glasses and garnish with strawberry.
