Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

This Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin is tender, juicy and full of flavor! Everything is dumped in the crockpot, then set it and forget it. It's that easy!

Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloin, about 1 lb. each, most come in a pack of 2
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup butter

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and all seasonings.
  • Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels, then rub the seasoning mixture over all sides of the meat.
  • Place the seasoned pork tenderloins into the slow cooker.
  • Pour the beef broth around the pork. Slice the butter into pats and place them on top.
  • Cover with lid and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Begin checking the internal temperature during the last hour of cooking. Pork is done when it reaches 145-150°F.
  • Remove the pork from the slow cooker and let it rest for about 10-15 minutes before slicing.
  • Return the sliced pork to the crockpot to soak up the flavorful juices before serving.

Notes

Place leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in microwave to desired temperature.
