Cook ground beef until browned. Drain grease and add taco seasoning packet plus the amount of water the packet asks for and simmer for 5 minutes.
In a large foil pan, add a layer of tortilla chips, then meat, then shredded cheese. Cover with foil and cook over indirect heat (checking on it often) until cheese is melted.
Remove from campfire and add your favorite nacho toppings. Serve and enjoy!
