Birds Nest Cookies
These no bake Birds Nest Cookies are an Easter favorite! They are easy to make with butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, chow mein noodles, and egg shaped candies for a fun Easter treat.

- 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
- ⅔ cup peanut butter chips
- 1 (5oz.) container fried chow mein noodles
- Malted milk eggs
Line a baking pan with parchment paper or waxed paper.
In a double boiler over boiling water, melt the milk chocolate chips and peanut butter chips, stirring until smooth (approximately 8 to 10 minutes).
Combine the melted chocolate and peanut butter chips with chow mein noodles in a medium-sized bowl, stirring until well coated.
Use a large spoon to scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking pan and shape it into nest-shaped cookies, creating a well in the middle.
Place 2-3 malted milk eggs in the well. Allow the chocolate to set either at room temperature or in the freezer before serving.
- Refrigerator: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
- Freezer: Place in a freezer-safe container or bag and store in the freezer for up to 2 months. Thaw out in fridge overnight.
