Weight Watchers Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup Truvia sweetener with brown sugar
  • cup white sugar
  • 6 Tbsp semi sweet chocolate chips
  • cup Land O Lakes butter spread with canola oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 egg whites

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl combine flour, baking soda, brown sugar, truvia, and white sugar together until well combined. Add chocolate chips then butter, vanilla and egg whites. Mix until dough is fully mixed.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cookie dough will be slightly sticky. Measure out about 1 ½ TBSP of dough and roll into a ball. Place each dough ball about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
