Ingredients

  • cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons stone ground mustard
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • teaspoon dried parsley
  • teaspoon onion powder
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small mason jar.
  • Screw on the lid and shake to combine. You can also add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together until combined.
  • Store in the fridge until ready to use and shake to combine before serving.

Notes

Store vinaigrette dressing in a mason jar with lid in the fridge for up to 3 days if using fresh garlic or up to 7 days if using garlic powder.
When ready to use, give it a good shake or stir to blend the flavors again.
