Ingredients

  • 1 (12 count) package of Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • Leftover turkey or deli sliced turkey
  • Prepared stuffing
  • 1 can Cranberry sauce or your favorite leftover cranberry sauce
  • 6 large slices of cheese- Provolone or Swiss
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 Tablespoon mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • cup brown sugar

Instructions

  • Cut sweet Hawaiian rolls in half and lay bottom half in a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Layer the rolls with turkey, then cranberry sauce, followed by a layer of stuffing. Top with cheese slices and place the other half of the rolls on top.
  • Run a knife in between all rolls to separate slightly.
  • In a saucepan, combine melted butter, mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer and whisk for about 30 seconds to allow to thicken. Remove from heat and spoon (do not pour) sauce over top the rolls.
  • Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Remove foil for the last 5 minutes of baking so the tops of rolls brown slightly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
