- 1 (12 count) package of Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- Leftover turkey or deli sliced turkey
- Prepared stuffing
- 1 can Cranberry sauce or your favorite leftover cranberry sauce
- 6 large slices of cheese- Provolone or Swiss
- 1 stick butter
- 1 Tablespoon mustard
- 1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- ⅛ cup brown sugar
Cut sweet Hawaiian rolls in half and lay bottom half in a 9x13 baking dish.
Layer the rolls with turkey, then cranberry sauce, followed by a layer of stuffing. Top with cheese slices and place the other half of the rolls on top.
Run a knife in between all rolls to separate slightly.
In a saucepan, combine melted butter, mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer and whisk for about 30 seconds to allow to thicken. Remove from heat and spoon (do not pour) sauce over top the rolls.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Remove foil for the last 5 minutes of baking so the tops of rolls brown slightly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
