Ingredients
13.4 oz package vanilla instant pudding
1cupcold milkif not adding Irish Cream, use 1 ½ cup of cold milk
½cupIrish Cream Liqueur
1cupLucky Charms cereal marshmallowsblended in a food processor to marshmallow dust
Green food coloring
Whipped creamfor garnish
Lucky Charms cereal marshmallowsfor garnish
Instructions
Step 1 - Prepare the marshmallows. Add Lucky Charms marshmallows to a food processor and blend to a fine marshmallow dust.
Step 2 - Prepare the pudding mix. In a bowl, add instant pudding mix, Irish Cream liquor and milk. Whisk together until thickens about 2 minutes. Add marshmallow dust and mix until fully combined.
Step 3 - Prepare the pudding shots. Spoon in the pudding mixture into each shot glass. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow to set or overnight.
Step 4 - Garnish pudding shots. When ready to serve top off with a dollop of whipped cream and Lucky Charms full size marshmallows.
Notes
Store pudding shots in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
